Terms of Service
Last updated 21 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Sitewise, a website auditing service operated by In2Line ("we", "us", "our") at sitewise.in2line.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Sitewise analyses a website address you provide and produces a report covering speed, mobile experience, trust signals, search basics and conversion, along with suggested improvements. A free audit shows your score and top issues. A paid report unlocks the full action plan. A monthly subscription adds a dashboard and automatic re-scans of your main website.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
- Only submit websites you own or have permission to audit.
- Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or misuse our systems.
- Do not resell or copy the service without our permission.
Payments
- The full report is a one time payment of £35. The monthly plan is £40 per month.
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
If something goes wrong with your report or the service does not work as described, contact us at sam@in2line.com and we will put it right or arrange a refund where appropriate.
About the reports
Our reports are generated automatically using real measurements and AI assisted analysis. They are intended as helpful guidance to improve your website. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic or sales, and the report is not professional, legal or financial advice. You decide which changes to make.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or update features over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, In2Line is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
